The yoga teacher’s at Evolve Injury Clinic are passionate about bringing the 5,000 year old art of yoga to life in our relaxing, friendly studio. Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that originated in India and focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost mental and physical wellbeing.

Our yoga teachers are trained in different styles of yoga including vinyasa and yin. At Evolve injury Clinic we pride ourselves on making classes accessible for all ability levels. The yoga teachers will help you move through various flows and poses to achieve the most out of each class.
