Laura-Jo

Laura-Jo is the owner and senior sports therapist at Evolve Injury Clinic. Alongside running the Evolve injury clinic, Laura-Jo is the lead sports therapist for The Nottingham Panthers Ice Hockey Club as well as the current lead sports therapist for Team GB under 18s women’s ice hockey team.

Laura-Jo is passionate about the assessment, diagnoses, treatment and management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions to ensure individuals can achieve functional fitness in all aspects of their life. Laura-Jo is qualified in injury rehabilitation, sports massage, dry needling, dry cupping and other manual therapy modalities.

Education

Laura-Jo graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University with a first-class degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage in 2017. Laura-Jo started up her own business straight after finishing university and has been building it up ever since. Whilst running the business she has gained experience across a wide spectrum of environments, including both elite sport and clinical environments. Laura-Jo has had the opportunity to work with professional boxers, footballers and British Superbike racers.
