Laura-Jo is the founder and Lead Sports Therapist at Evolve Injury Clinic, bringing over 8 years of experience in both elite sport and private clinical practice. She currently serves as the Lead Sports Therapist for the Nottingham Panthers Ice Hockey Team and Team GB Men’s Ice Hockey. Her extensive work in professional ice hockey has seen her support athletes at four IIHF World Championships and several Olympic qualifier tournaments.
Beyond ice hockey, Laura-Jo has also worked with high-profile clients in the entertainment industry, providing sports therapy services on tour for artists and productions including Dua Lipa, Rod Stewart, Michael Bublé, and Strictly Come Dancing.
Laura-Jo is passionate about the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. Her goal is to help individuals return to optimal function,whether in sport, work, or daily life.
Committed to ongoing professional development, Laura-Jo continually updates her knowledge and skills to provide clients with the most effective, evidence-based treatments. At Evolve Injury Clinic, she offers a wide range of services including injury rehabilitation, sports massage, dry needling, and manual therapy and Shockwave therapy
A graduate of Cardiff Metropolitan University, Laura-Jo holds a First-Class Honours degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation, and Massage (2017). Her experience spans a broad range of sports, having worked with athletes in football, rugby, tennis, athletics, boxing, rowing, and gymnastics.
