With three years of experience as a sports massage therapist, Liz has built a strong reputation for delivering expert care with a personal touch. Lis has had the privilege of working with high-profile clients, including musicians from bands like McFly, Whitesnake, Iron Maiden, and Teddy Swims. Additionally, Liz has provided massage therapy at the prestigious Giants Live Strongman event, as well as various other local strongman competitions.

Liz currently offers a wide range of treatment modalities, including sports massage, acupuncture, dry cupping, and pregnancy massage. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients, ensuring they receive the most effective care for their specific concerns and goals.

Liz’s practice is centred around the philosophy that sports massage can benefit everyone, regardless of their level of physical activity. Her primary goal is to ensure that every client leaves feeling better than when they arrived, whether they’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking to improve their overall well-being.

As an active person who enjoys being in the gym and feeling stronger both mentally and physically, Liz understands firsthand how injuries or chronic pain can impact not just the body, but also the mind. Liz has undergone two shoulder surgeries and navigated the recovery and rehabilitation process, which has deepened her empathy and insight into the challenges her clients face, enhancing her ability to provide effective care.
