At Evolve Injury Clinic we pride ourselves on ensuring that our Pilates classes are accessible and easy to follow for all abilities. Pilates has shown to bring about improvements in posture, muscletone, balance and joint mobility. Pilates can also relieve stress and tension. Pilates can be used to complement other forms of training to develop whole-body strength, flexibility and to help reduce the risk of injury.
