Gareth

Gareth is experienced in Sports Podiatry, he completed his Clinical Biomechanics Masters in 2019 at Staffordshire University, specialising in sports injuries of the lower limb and biomechanical issues that lead to sports injuries.

Gareth is a registered member of the College of Podiatry and Health Care Professions Council and has experience of working with a variety of sportspeople from amateur to professional level, including preparing athletes for the London marathon and the World indoor athletics championships.

He has also completed the Altis Performance Therapy programme to enhance his skill set in treating sports injuries. Furthermore, Gareth is a British Athletics qualified athletics coach and currently coaches amateur endurance runners in his spare time.

Gareth has participated in various sports to a high level, mainly football and athletics. He is passionate about the biomechanics of sports injuries and the impact it has, as well helping people return to fitness and maximise their performance within their chosen activities.
