Baya is one of Evolve Injury Clinic’s pilates instructors. Baya has been practicing Pilates for several years now and decided to qualify as an instructor to deepen her practice but also share her love for this fabulous programme.
Pilates (named after its creator, Joseph Pilates) is a system of exercises intended to strengthen the human mind and body. It improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
