Megan has always has a keen passion for yoga and after having a personal practice for several years, decided to become a yoga teacher. After completing a 200hr Yoga Alliance certificated training, Megan went on to broaden her knowledge through further training.
With a keen interest in fitness and wellbeing, after qualifying as a yoga Teacher, Megan was drawn to a teaching practice which built on strength, improved balance and incorporated deep stretching. This quickly appealed to people who were looking for a class to support their current physiotherapy or personal training sessions.
She is passionate about delivering a unique stretch and flow yoga class to improve sports performance, reduce the risk of injury. Blurring the boundaries of tradition yoga classes. Megan fuses Vinyasa flow with Hatha and Yin, all whilst incorporating breathing techniques offer all the benefits of yoga
