Sports Therapist
Amy is a graduate sports therapist currently working for herself in addition to her time at Evolve Injury Clinic. Amy is a member of The Society of Sports Therapy.
In her practice Amy is dedicated to helping everyone enjoy exercise and movement in a pain free manner. The assessment and treatment of all musculoskeletal conditions is a primary focus of Amy’s practice. She is qualified in injury rehabilitation, sports massage, dry cupping and manual therapy.
Amy graduated from the University of Derby with a first-class honours degree in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation in 2020. Whilst at university Amy spent time gaining experience in both private practice and elite sport.
She worked alongside multiple physiotherapists and sports therapists including Laura-Jo in her time with The Nottingham Panthers IHC, developing her skills to be able to offer support to a wide range of people. Since graduating Amy has started her own business offering mobile sports therapy treatment that she will combine with her time at Evolve Injury Clinic. In addition to completing varying courses in sports nutrition and sports psychology, which is a key passion area of hers.

Laura-Jo is the owner and senior sports therapist at Evolve Injury Clinic. Alongside running the Evolve injury clinic, Laura-Jo is the lead sports therapist for The Nottingham Panthers Ice Hockey Club
